Rules for organisers and guests.

By using Snap My Day, you agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully.

Organiser responsibilities

• Only create events you are entitled to manage.
• Only share event links and QR codes with appropriate guests.
• Tell guests that photos uploaded to the event will be stored and made available to you as organiser.
• Review uploaded photos and request removal where needed.
• Download what you need before the event expires or is deleted.

Guest upload rules

• Only upload photos you have permission to share for the event.
• Do not upload illegal, abusive, harmful, private, offensive or misleading content.
• Do not upload photos of children unless you have appropriate permission.
• Understand that uploaded photos may be viewed and downloaded by the organiser.

Private links are not passwords

Event links and QR codes are intended for private sharing, but anyone with the link may be able to access the upload page unless additional controls are added later.

Removal and misuse

Snap My Day may remove events, accounts or images that appear to breach these terms, create risk, or are reported as unlawful or inappropriate.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but no online platform can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
